Job summary

Vettedlance is seeking vetted experts to evaluate and improve frontier AI models. Licensed physicians and board-certified specialists assess AI clinical reasoning, write medical rubrics and, optionally, annotate medical images.

Ideal candidates hold MD/MBBS with a current medical licence and board certification in radiology, dermatology, pathology, or veterinary radiology, plus 3+ years of clinical practice. Fluent English is required; remote, part-time hours are flexible.

• Write clinical scenarios and scoring rubrics in your specialty.
• Radiology, dermatology and pathology tracks: review and label imaging, skin and slide cases.
• Optional: medical imaging annotation with structured findings.
• Flag unsafe or outdated clinical advice.

Some projects need US-licensed physicians. Each project page will say so. Veterinary radiologists are vetted on a separate track.

Pay and terms

• $100 - $200 / hour, paid weekly in USD. Rate set after a short paid assessment.
• Independent contractor, hourly. Remote, work from anywhere.
• Flexible, part-time: 10-40 hrs/week on your own schedule.

Job Specification
