Job summary

World Business Lenders (WBL) is seeking a Processing Analyst to move loan files from receipt through underwriting and closing. You will liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure documentation is complete and accurate, meeting SLAs and quality standards.

The role emphasizes prioritizing urgent items, clearing conditions, and maintaining clear communications with Sales, Underwriting, Closing, Title, and Legal teams. Fully remote work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
• 1–3 years of valuable experience in banking or finance
• Hands-on experience in lending, ideally commercial lending
• Ability to read and interpret title commitments easily

Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned loan files from receipt through underwriting and closing for approved loans
• Review files, contact customers, and conduct interviews to understand business, property, ownership, debts, and loan purpose
• Identify potential issues early and escalate when necessary
• Collect, review, and organize required business, legal, property, ownership, guarantor, and insurance documents
• Coordinate with underwriting to provide information and clear conditions
• Keep customers and Sales updated on status and required items
• Coordinate with Closing, Title, Valuation, Legal and other teams to keep files moving
