Job summary

Responsibilities

Research startups, agencies, and established businesses that may need software development or dedicated engineers.
Identify decision-makers and collect contact information from LinkedIn, Google, and company sites.
Develop and maintain organized lead databases and track outreach activities and responses.
Write and support personalized outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
Qualify prospects based on business needs and fit with Penguin’s services.
Monitor outreach performance and suggest ways to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Coordinate with the business development team to follow up on promising opportunities.
Use AI tools to improve research efficiency while maintaining personalization.
