Job summary

AutoScale Ventures is hiring a Software Developer for remote work from Pakistan. You’ll contribute to frontend and backend development, build data-driven dashboards and internal tools, and work on scalable systems connected to crawling and APIs.

3+ years of professional full-stack experience and strong React plus Python/Node skills are required. You’ll collaborate across time zones with product and engineering teams, participate in code reviews, and help push AI-driven features and data

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React with responsive layouts and performance optimization.
• Back-end skills in Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django) or Node.js (Express/NestJS) for APIs.
• Solid understanding of Linux environments and SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Experience collaborating with PMs, designers, and engineers across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust back-end services using Python/Node.
• Build and maintain front-end components using React.
• Integrate with APIs, crawlers, and data ingestion pipelines.
• Optimize front-end and back-end systems for performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and system design discussions.
• Collaborate across time zones with cross-functional teams.
• Support production systems with uptime and data accuracy focus.
• Explore AI-driven features and data automation.
