SadaPay is hiring an in-house lawyer to guide regulatory affairs and product compliance in a dynamic fintech setting. You will partner with business teams to shape strategy, draft agreements, and manage regulatory relations across jurisdictions.

Applicants should have a law degree and 2–3 years of impactful experience in high-pressure environments, with a client-focused and entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law with 2–3 years at a top-tier firm; in-house experience is a plus.
• Ability to structure and negotiate complex financial product agreements.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Legal Strategy: advise cross-functional teams on regulatory strategies.
• Compliance Solutions: structuring new products within regulatory frameworks.
• Regulatory Engagement: build relationships with regulators across jurisdictions.
• Contract Management: draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Stakeholder Management: translate legal advice for senior management.
• Project Management: lead multi-jurisdictional legal initiatives.
• Enhance Processes: scale legal operations to support growth.
• Crisis Management: handle urgent legal actions as needed.
