Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, TESOL, TEFL, English Literature, Curriculum Development, or related field.
• 8+ years of proven experience in creating and implementing curriculum for primary school students, with focus on English Language Arts.
• Direct teaching or interactive experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset to work with teachers, administrators & stakeholders.
• Commitment to continuous learning and adopting new teaching tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality curriculum content (worksheets and presentations) aligned with NSW standards and FunFox Way.
• Create and refine lesson plans using innovative teaching methodologies and technologies.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to gather feedback, assess effectiveness, and implement adjustments.
• Teach up to 5 classes weekly to observe engagement and identify improvements.
• Assist in training teachers on new curriculum materials and instructional strategies.
