Job summary

The Citizen Foundation seeks an English Design & Quality Specialist to strengthen the Primary English curriculum through design, technical review, and evidence-based improvement. You will work with the Manager - English Design and cross-functional teams to ensure coherent curriculum development and effective classroom implementation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of curriculum design and English language pedagogy.
• Ability to design and refine curriculum products with alignment to outcomes.
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams to manage deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to curriculum architecture and continuous improvement of Primary English curriculum components.
• Lead technical reviews of teaching materials to ensure coherence and alignment with expectations.
• Design and review Teaching & Learning Materials, Teacher Guides and learner resources.
• Lead curriculum research, benchmarking and evidence synthesis for improvement decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support effective curriculum implementation.
• Strengthen team capability through technical guidance and peer learning.
