Qualifications

• Ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong consultative selling, discovery questioning, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort engaging education providers and decision-makers.
• Explain software-enabled services and translate challenges into solutions.
• Proficient with CRM tools, spreadsheets, email and online meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective institutions and education partners.
• Design and conduct cold calls or email campaigns to generate leads.
• Conduct demos and discovery discussions with decision-makers.
• Understand client placement and compliance challenges and propose solutions.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and follow-ups in company systems.
• Collaborate with operations and customer success for handovers.
• Share market feedback to improve sales messaging.
