Job summary

Mashreq is seeking a Product Manager for Retail Deposits to drive the product strategy and growth of the bank's deposit portfolio. You will collaborate with multiple functions to improve profitability, customer value propositions, and balance sheet growth across current, savings, and term deposits.

The role emphasizes digital-first initiatives, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven decision making within a remote-capable role aligned to organization office hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of banking/product management experience, including leadership.
• Strong understanding of deposit and liability products.
• Graduate or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization.
• Experience with digital banking environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Product in executing the Retail Liabilities strategy and achieving business and portfolio objectives.
• Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, customer behaviour, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement product enhancements, pricing strategies, and customer value propositions to drive acquisition and balances growth.
• Lead and successfully deliver strategic initiatives, product launches, digitization programs, and transformation projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, operations, risk, finance, compliance, and marketing to ensure execution.
