Job summary

Joblogic is seeking a Data Implementation Specialist to onboard customers, migrate and map data, and work with developers to extract data from the Azure DB using SQL queries. The role requires client-facing communication, strong Excel skills, and experience documenting data requirements.

You will also manipulate data in Excel templates and coordinate with teams to ensure timely, accurate data delivery. You will participate in an Agile environment, ensure SLA adherence, and handle customer

• Must have strong Excel skills and ability to create/interpret data templates.
• Experience documenting root cause analysis and delivering clear customer specs.
• Excellent English communication, capable of client-facing discussions.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced software environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and plan data migration with best-fit solutions.
• Create/validate Excel templates and import data for customers.
• Write and test SQL queries to extract data from Azure DB; basic scripting.
• Collaborate with developers and maintain Jira tickets; support SLA delivery.
• Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and manage escalations.
