Job summary

Joblogic, a leading UK-based Field Service Management software provider with offices in Pakistan and Vietnam, is seeking a Data Implementation Specialist in Lahore. You will onboard customers, migrate and map data, and work with developers to write SQL queries for data extraction from the Azure DB.

You will manipulate data in Excel, validate uploads, prepare import templates, and produce client-ready documentation while maintaining SLA commitments and communicating with customers through

Qualifications

2+ years in software solutions/services.
Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
Ability to produce accurate customer specifications documents.
Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
Experience with ticketing/logging tools.
Experience with client communications via email or video calls.

Responsibilities

Onboard customers during onboarding and migrate data.
Validate and map data into Excel templates and import data.
Perform data manipulation in Excel and format templates.
Write SQL queries to extract data from Azure DB.
Collaborate with developers and document solutions.
