Job summary

Codingal is hiring coding instructors to teach live online to K-12 students from anywhere. You will lead age-appropriate coding sessions, guide learners in creating apps, games, and websites, and monitor progress with constructive feedback.

Minimum 50 hours per month with weekend availability. Competitive compensation, ongoing training, and teacher development programs support your growth as an educator.

Qualifications

• Graduate in CS/IT / Computer Applications (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent).
• Strong programming fundamentals - comfortable with at least one language (Python, JavaScript, Scratch, Java, etc.).
• Excellent English communication - clear, patient, and able to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
• Reliable setup - laptop/desktop with camera, microphone, and stable internet (≥10 Mbps).

Responsibilities

• Teach coding live to K-12 students through our online platform, making lessons fun, interactive, and age-appropriate.
• Inspire curiosity - help students discover the joy of building apps, games, and websites from an early age.
• Assess and guide - track student progress, evaluate assignments, and provide constructive, encouraging feedback.
• Engage with parents - conduct regular feedback sessions with parents/guardians to share progress and address concerns.
• Grow as an educator - participate in ongoing training sessions, teacher development programs, and curriculum updates.
