Job summary

Codingal is hiring coding instructors to teach live online to K-12 students from anywhere. You will lead age-appropriate coding sessions, guide learners in creating apps, games, and websites, and monitor progress with constructive feedback.

Minimum 50 hours per month with weekend availability. Competitive compensation, ongoing training, and teacher development programs support your growth as an educator.

Qualifications

• Graduate in CS/IT / Computer Applications (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent).
• Strong programming fundamentals - comfortable with at least one language (Python, JavaScript, Scratch, Java, etc.).
• Excellent English communication - clear, patient, and able to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
• Reliable setup - laptop/desktop with camera, microphone, and stable internet (≥10 Mbps).

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

Availability & Commitment

Minimum 50 hours per month

Weekends are key: Saturday and Sunday availability is mandatory; longer weekend hours are preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Earn PKR 86,000–230,000 per month
• INR 200-500 INR per class depending on student region, day vs night shift, and weekend bonus
