Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
• Candidate should be 18 years or older (CNIC required).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good typing skills with a minimum of 40 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Professionally manage a high volume of incoming chats/emails and cater to complaints, requests, order status, follow-ups, and inquiries promptly.
• Provide accurate information on products/services, pricing, availability, delivery timelines, warranties, returns.
• Provide alternatives to products/items not available on the ecommerce site.
• Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear solutions per ibex Pakistan standards.
• Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction with service.
• Record data on CRM, OMS, and knowledge base systems.
• Aim to meet and exceed performance metrics like NPS, CSAT, and AHT.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated.
