Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients through emails chat and video calls to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Offer product knowledge and recommendations to clients through online consultations.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and engagement.
