Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries seeks an Automation Projects Bid Manager to lead techno-commercial bids for LV drives, DCS, SCADA and PLC projects across industrial sectors. You will own bid strategy, pricing, and coordination with front-end sales, engineering and procurement to deliver cost-optimized solutions.

You’ll manage projects from kickoff to handover, own P&L, and ensure schedule, quality and risk controls align with contractual Siemens requirements while fostering a diverse, flexible,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• 05 years’ techno-commercial bid experience in industrial automation projects.
• 03 years’ project management experience for complex industrial automation projects.
• Excellent client-facing and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Primavera; PMP/PM@Siemens cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as bid manager for winning techno-commercial offers for LV Drives, DCS, SCADA and PLC tenders for Industrial Projects.
• Coordinate with front-end sales, factory sales and support functions to develop cost-optimized solutions.
• Define sales price based on market price and cost calculations.
• Deliver industrial Automation & Drives projects from kickoff to handover including warranty.
• Own project P&L including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and cash flow support.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk per contract and Siemens requirements.
• Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers and procurement activities.
• Prepare progress documentation, track claims and variations, ensure project control.
• Represent Siemens’ contractual and commercial interests to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, EHS, cybersecurity and regulatory OT requirements.
