Job summary

WarriorBabe is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to independently identify, build, and own AI agents and automations that improve team effectiveness. You’ll work with department leaders to turn business needs into reliable, practical solutions using n8n, Claude/OpenAI, Python, and JavaScript.

You will build knowledge-base and business-system agents, integrate with tools, and support other builds. Success means reliable systems adopted by teams and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to independently design, build, and own complex production automations and AI-powered systems.
• Hands-on experience building and troubleshooting production workflows.
• Experience with Claude, OpenAI, GLM, or similar models.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for integrations and logic.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, JSON, and error handling.
• Ability to work with business leaders, document work, and communicate clearly.
• Comfort working remotely with overlap with Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Find and own opportunities by mapping business processes and proposing automation.
• Design, build, test, and improve AI agents and workflows.
• Develop integrations, handle credentials, and ensure reliability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production systems and deployments.
• Collaborate with teams and share patterns and best practices.
