Responsibilities

• Implement sales and service plans to achieve assigned business growth objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospective clients.
• Promote and sell asset/loan products according to bank policies and SOPs.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through ethical and genuine business practices.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within assigned areas.
• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five Cs of Credit.
• Explain product terms, conditions, and requirements to customers.
• Conduct physical verification of prospective clients.
• Ensure timely loan repayments and proactive collection activities.
• Maintain proper handling and security of customers’ legal documents.
• Conduct market assessments to identify new business opportunities and markets.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans in consultation with the line manager.
• Conduct customer meetings according to product requirements.
• Process loan bookings in accordance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain product and service knowledge and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and compliance with fair treatment policies.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Report suspected fraud, operational risks, or potential losses to the relevant management.
• Ensure compliance with bank SOPs and State Bank of Pakistan regulations.
