Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field; certifications are an advantage.
• Strong client relationship management, customer service and stakeholder engagement.
• Sales, negotiation and business development capabilities in insurance or financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Willingness to learn Islamic finance concepts and Takaful principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Identify prospective customers and conduct needs assessments.
• Explain product features and tailor financial protection and savings solutions.
• Manage client portfolios and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Support policy servicing and claims processes and maintain client records.
• Meet sales and service targets and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and represent DFTL professionally in the market.
