Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan is seeking a Supply Planner to create and maintain SKU-level supply plans over a 0–24 month horizon, coordinating with markets, manufacturing sites and demand planners to balance supply, capacity and inventory.

You will monitor inventory levels, run scenario modelling, produce regional KPI reports and share insights with stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, logistics, or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in supply chain planning, site scheduling, demand planning or related roles.
• Strong data and analytical skills with experience using Excel.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable using ERP or planning systems.
• Knowledge of SAP APO or SAP ECC is an advantage.
• Able to travel regionally if required and work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer health or pharmaceutical supply chain environments.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables) or similar BI tools.
• Experience with scenario modelling, RCCP (rough cut capacity planning) or capacity planning.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation experience for cross-functional meetings.
• Previous exposure to change control and system data governance for planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SKU-level supply plans for 0–24 months that meet market needs and minimize stock outs.
• Monitor inventory levels and take actions to prevent excess stock and write-offs.
• Produce and share regional KPI reports and supply performance insights with stakeholders.
• Run scenario modelling and capacity checks to support planning decisions.
• Support change activities for portfolio moves, new product introductions and pack changes.
• Investigate supply issues, identify root causes and lead corrective actions.
