Regional Supply Chain Planner - Contractual

Job summary

GSK is seeking a proactive Supply Planning professional to create and maintain SKU-level plans across a 0–24 month horizon, coordinating with markets, manufacturing sites, and demand planners. The role focuses on balancing supply, capacity and inventory, with emphasis on data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in supply chain planning, strong Excel and ERP skills, and experience with SAP APO or ECC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, logistics, or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in supply chain planning, site scheduling, demand planning or related roles.
• Strong data and analytical skills with experience using Excel.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable using ERP or planning systems. Knowledge of SAP APO or SAP ECC is an advantage.
• Able to travel regionally if required and work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer health or pharmaceutical supply chain environments.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables) or similar BI tools.
• Experience with scenario modelling, RCCP or capacity planning.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation experience for cross-functional meetings.
