Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Lahore region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG sector and a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing distribution networks, and leading high-performing sales teams. This is a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and achieving aggressive sales targets in one of Pakistan\'s key metropolitan areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for the Lahore region.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and sales representatives to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
  • Manage and expand the regional distribution network, building strong, long-term relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide accurate forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Oversee promotional activities and marketing campaigns, ensuring effective execution at the ground level.
  • Manage the regional sales budget efficiently and ensure all activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
  • Ensure consistent product availability and visibility across all retail channels, including general trade and modern trade outlets.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 15-17 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 12-13 years in a managerial role within the FMCG sector in Lahore. Experience in food or food-related products is a significant plus.
