Deezon is looking for highly skilled Sales Manager with over 5 years of experience in IT industry. Since the job requires you to establish a successful sales pipeline, you must have the ability to deliver sales targets and manage sales teams. You will be required to perform the following tasks:

• Recruitment and management of sales personnel
• Assigning sales targets to teams and taking periodic feedback
• Follow up on high potential leads and convert them
• Meet with key personnel in target industries for partnership
• Supervise daily sales activities in the region
• Collaborate with publisher to print sales materials including pamphlets, brochures, cards and company apparel
• Present weekly reports on sales performance
• Market company products through offline channels including cold calling, news paper adverts etc.
• Market through digital media channels including forums, blogs and social media
