An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales of building materials in the North Punjab region. This role involves strategic planning, client relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with at least five years of experience in a related industry. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and ensuring the highest standards of service. This opening is for catering Sales of Building material products (ACP to be specific) in North Punjab region.
Candidate is required to travel frequently to nearby cities.
Candidate will be working alone in the region.
Candidate is accountable for all issues in the domain of Sales (order, billing, collection and resolution of disputes), Marketing (brand communication & promotional scheme etc.) & administrative issues related to region and major customers portfolio. Candidate should have a vigilant follow up of monthly sales targets deduced from the approved annual budget by monitoring actual sales on a daily basis and in event of any deviations from targeted sales, determine reasons and devise strategies to overcome the situation in the region. Candidate should be involved with identification of new business opportunities and the development of marketing strategies.
Purpose is to provide a consistent professional approach to all clients through the highest standards of product and service.
Candidate should plan, organize and control branding activities in most cost effective manner with achieving consistent results and improvement of company perception amongst customers.
