Job summary

Beacon Energy is seeking an experienced regional B2B sales leader to drive revenue growth in the renewable energy, industrial, or power solutions sector. You will develop regional strategies and lead the regional sales team to achieve targets.

You will build relationships with key clients and partners, oversee negotiation and closing of major deals, and coordinate with engineering for accurate proposals. A minimum of 10+ years in sales with managerial experience is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Technical acumen in energy, industrial or power solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and meet revenue targets.
