Steps Ahead Pakistan seeks a Mechanical Engineer to lead preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration assets, overseeing service centers and mobile assets while ensuring prompt issue resolution.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, with HVAC/Cold Chain exposure, a valid driving license, and a proven, ownership-driven approach capable of coordinating with diverse stakeholders and traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Preference for HVAC and/or Cold Chain experience.
• Valid driving license (minimum 1 year old) – Mandatory.
• Strong ownership and result-oriented approach.
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration assets.
• Ensure quick complaint resolution and high service levels.
• Supervise third-party service centers and mobile assets.
• Execute asset refurbishment and reinduction with Trade Marketing.
• Control maintenance costs and manage spare parts inventory.
