Job summary

Steps Ahead (SAPL) is seeking a skilled professional to oversee cold chain logistics for our FMCG product range. You will manage transportation, storage, and distribution of temperature-sensitive items while ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, a background in mechatronics or SCM, and strong communication and coordination abilities. This position is based in Multan and involves on-site work with close collaboration with logistics

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in cold chain logistics, preferably FMCG.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration systems and temperature monitoring devices.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Cold Chain Management – Oversee the transportation, storage, and distribution of temperature-sensitive products.
• Compliance & Quality Control – Ensure adherence to food safety regulations,
• Process Optimization – Implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce wastage, and minimize temperature deviations.
• Technology & Monitoring – Utilize temperature tracking systems and data analytics for real-time monitoring.
• Collaborate with logistics partners, warehouses, and suppliers to maintain cold chain integrity

Requirments:

• Degree Mechatronics Engineering or Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in cold chain logistics, preferably in the FMCG.
• Candidates must have a strong understanding of refrigeration systems, temperature monitoring devices.
• Excellent communication and coordination skill
