Job summary

PARCO seeks a Process Engineer - Technical Services for its Mid Country Refinery, Mahmood Kot. You will monitor utilities, ET P, and storage units, optimizing energy use and process performance.

Collaboration with Operations and Maintenance is essential to maintain safe, efficient plant operation. The role requires a chemical engineering degree and strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills, with experience in process simulation and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from a HEC recognized university.
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, technical report writing and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of Utilities-ETP, Tankage, and related units against material and energy balances.
• Monitor and optimize equipment performance including compressors, turbines, boilers, and heat exchangers.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to Operations, Maintenance, and cross-functional teams for safe, reliable plant operations.
• Prepare technical reports, operating guidelines, and engineering recommendations for management.
• Lead technical studies related to process optimization, energy conservation, and debottlenecking.
• Support MOC processes, HAZOP & SIL-LOPA studies, and project closeout.
