Role Description

The Recovery Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Karachi Division. The Recovery Officer is responsible for managing and following up on outstanding payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely debt collection in line with company policies. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records of dues and recoveries, contacting customers through calls and visits, and preparing recovery reports for management. The role also involves coordinating with finance and customer service teams, resolving payment-related queries, and identifying risks or discrepancies in accounts. The Recovery Officer is expected to maintain professional communication, adhere to legal and ethical standards, and support continuous improvement in the recovery process.
