Responsibilities

• Administrative & Record Management: Issue files, update records, and maintain organized files.
• Payments & Accounts Support: Record cash payments, track transfers, and verify payments with accounts team.
• Customer Handling & Communication: Attend to clients, respond to queries, and manage calls tactfully.
• Recovery & Follow-ups: Support recovery team with follow-up calls, reminders, and status updates.
• Documentation & Reporting: Help clients with forms, collect documents, and prepare simple daily reports.
