Responsibilities

• Ensure data entry is recorded in the MIS within targets and timeframes and reported correctly.
• Enter and update client records electronically daily in the MIS.
• Adhere to data entry protocols while computerizing service delivery and registration data.
• Identify data collection errors and report to relevant staff and site manager.
• Check records to prevent duplication during client registration.
• Generate periodic reports as per project requirements.
• Any other task assigned by the Clinical & Program manager.
• Provide routine IT support at the project site.
