Overview
As a Real Estate Tele Sales Representative at RS Holdings, you will play a vital role in driving our property sales by reaching out to potential clients over the phone. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and promoting our residential and commercial real estate listings. Your excellent communication skills and persuasive approach will help convert inquiries into successful sales and rentals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and renters to introduce RS Holdings’ property listings and services.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries from clients interested in real estate opportunities.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for on-site property visits or consultations with sales agents.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate client information and call notes.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored information about available properties.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align tele sales efforts with overall company goals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance metrics to management.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market trends and competitors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident over the phone, with excellent listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and market dynamics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing is a Plus.
