Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property with investment knowledge.
• Experience or knowledge in Real Estate Development and master-planned communities.
• Demonstrated sales skills: lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent customer service with professional client communication.
• Strong English communication; Urdu or local languages advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Karachi; travel to project locations.
• Basic understanding of real estate documentation and regulatory requirements in Pakistan.
• Proficiency with office software, CRM, and reporting tools.
• Prior real estate sales or advisory experience; diploma/degree in Business/Marketing/Real Estate.
