Qualifications

• Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience.

• Fresh Graduates to 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Understanding clients requirements with regards to their interest in real estate investment.
• Develop understanding of the real estate landscape
• Carry out client profiling to sell the product that fits one's demands
• Ensure that clients are thoroughly briefed about relevant property units.
• Ensure that clients are given demonstrations, carry out site visits and timely closure of deals.
• Follow up with clients to understand evolving change in requirements.
• Maintain good relationship with the clients to develop future pipeline.
