Work Together is seeking a dynamic Female Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our team on-site in Lahore. You will work directly with clients to buy, sell, or rent properties, building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage contracts and open houses while staying current on market trends. Competitive salary and commission offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful real estate sales and customer satisfaction.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Identify client needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Conduct property tours and open houses.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local real estate market.
• Negotiate deals effectively maintaining a positive relationship with all parties involved.
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
• Maintain an updated database of client information.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
