Role Overview

We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented, and well-spoken Administrative Assistant to join our Pakistan-based team. The ideal candidate will support our UK operations by handling administrative tasks, communicating with clients and tenants, and managing property-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with tenancy renewals, schedule property inspections and meetings.
  • Ensure legal documents (Gas Safety, EPCs, Electrical Reports) are up to date.
  • Generate and send emails/letters to landlords, tenants, and external partners.
  • Perform compliance checks for successful tenant move-ins.

Tenant Referencing:

  • Conduct thorough referencing for new and prospective tenants via our referencing systems.

Tenancy Agreements:

  • Prepare tenancy agreements using our online portal and manage digital signing via DocuSign.

Property Maintenance:

  • Act as the first point of contact for maintenance requests.
  • Communicate with tenants, landlords, and contractors to resolve issues.
  • Obtain quotes, coordinate approvals, and manage contractor scheduling.
  • Generate invoices and maintenance records via our internal system.
  • Prioritise tasks based on severity and urgency.

Objectives of the Role

  • Ensure smooth administrative operations supporting UK property management
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and timely communication
  • Maintain an efficient and organised digital workspace

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Previous call centre, BPO, or customer service experience is preferred
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with UK working hours
  • Proficient with MS Office, Google Suite, and online platforms
