Overview

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled React.js / React Native Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team in Islamabad. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications that power our all-in-one restaurant management platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners and designers, to deliver impactful solutions that align with our mission.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and mobile applications using React.js and React Native.
• Contribute to backend development with Nest.js and database design with PostgreSQL.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while following best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and a seamless user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in both web and mobile applications.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance product efficiency and scalability.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and React Native.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and state management libraries (e.g. Redux).
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while being an excellent team player.

Good-to-Have Experience

• Backend development using Nest.js or similar frameworks.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
