Job summary

National Foods Limited is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to manage issuance/receiving, stock coordination, and documentation within the on-site warehouse. You will oversee stock counting, batch management, and reporting in collaboration with 3PL partners.

The role requires 2–3 years in warehousing/inventory management, with SAP experience and proficiency in MS Excel/Word. Graduation is required, and the position operates at the main warehouse facility.

Qualifications

• Graduation: Bachelors.
• 2 to 3 years in Warehousing and Inventory Management.
• Experience with SAP for issuance/receiving and stock records.

Responsibilities

• Timely issuance and receiving of inventory.
• Recording issuance/receiving cycle entries in SAP on site at the warehouse.
• Supervises store location placements/stacking in warehouse.
• Supervises counting of raw material on issuance/receiving/stock counts.
• Coordinates with production and 3PL for raw material concerns.
• Share stock and transaction reports with 3PL weekly; resolve discrepancies.
• Process/prepare stock adjustments at month end.
• Ensure batch management is implemented in the 3PL store.
• Ensure NFL approved SOPs are followed at the 3PL store.

Job Purpose

Issuance and receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing the overall storage of inventory.

Principal Responsibilities

Timely issuance and receiving of inventory

• Issuance/receiving cycle entries recording in SAP, handled on site of WH
• Supervises store location placements/stacking in WH
• Supervises counting of raw material on issuance/receiving/stock counts
• Excess/shortage coordination done on WH site
• Coordinates with production departments/3PL for resolving their concerns regarding raw materials
• Responsible for sharing stock and transaction reports with 3PL weekly, and immediately resolving discrepancy if any
• Processing/preparing of stock adjustments at month end
• Ensuring the implementation of batch management in the 3PL store
• Ensuring NFL approved SOPs are in compliance with at 3PL store
