SAS Enterprises is seeking a dedicated healthcare operations leader to manage the X-Ray and CT scan departments. You will supervise radiographers, technologists, and support staff, ensuring safe, high-quality imaging and efficient patient service.

Lead day-to-day operations, coordinate training, uphold safety and regulatory standards, and collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians to optimize imaging protocols.

• Leadership of radiology department operations and teams.
• Strong documentation and audit readiness.
• Experience coordinating with radiologists and referring physicians.
• Knowledge of radiation safety protocols and patient preparation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of X-Ray and CT departments and ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare monthly rosters ensuring coverage and punctuality.
• Lead radiology staff including radiographers and technologists; manage schedules and training.
• Ensure imaging quality, equipment calibration, and maintenance.
• Monitor radiation safety compliance and patient comfort.
• Oversee documentation, reporting, and regulatory standards.
• Manage inventory and AMC/vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians on imaging protocols and accuracy.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and assist audits.
