HR Ways is seeking an Assistant Manager – R&D for its Karachi-based onsite role in the Food Science & Technology domain. The candidate will lead end-to-end product development, trials, and application support for key clients.

The role focuses on driving new product development, idea generation, and supervising R&D operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to transition concepts to production.

Qualifications

• BS in Food Science & Technology.
• 5+ years of experience in R&D, product development, or culinary/product application within the food sector.
• Age 27–32 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product development and new food concepts aligned with key account requirements.
• Conduct trials, recipe development, and culinary-oriented technical applications for clients.
• Provide technical solutions and troubleshooting for product applications with key accounts.
• Oversee R&D Plant Operators during trials, pilot runs, and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move concepts from R&D to full-scale production.
