Job summary

Rozee.pk is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, measurement, and billing for our construction projects in Lahore. You will lead the preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs from drawings, and verify contractor bills on-site.

The role requires hands-on use of PlanSwift, strong MS Excel and AutoCAD skills, and thorough knowledge of measurement standards, rate analysis, and billing procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of quantity surveying experience in construction projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of PlanSwift for quantity take-offs.
• Strong command of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of measurement standards, rate analysis, and billing procedures.
• Accuracy with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs from drawings.

• Maintain quantity records and coordinate with site and planning teams

Requirements:

• Strong command of MS Excel and AutoCAD
