Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Research.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to apply advanced methods and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in servicing customers with knowledge of research methods and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all stages of project management and monitor performance to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Lead and develop the team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration to maximize performance.
• Coordinate project execution and provide progress updates to clients and relevant departments.
• Present study results to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
• Drive business growth by managing profit and loss responsibilities and developing strategic plans.
• Design and plan research projects based on client briefings and needs.
• Travel occasionally to fulfill project requirements and client engagements.
• Assist in ensuring smooth invoicing and support Finance with collection targets.
