Job summary

Abbott Pakistan is seeking an experienced QC/QA professional to support the Quality Control Manager in cleaning validation, computer system validation, and the Annual PQR process. The role involves developing plans, collecting data, analyzing trends, and presenting findings for CAPA decisions.

The candidate should have 8–10 years in QC/QA with strong knowledge of cleaning validation, CSV, PQR, and annual product quality reviews, as well as familiarity with SOP alignment and change control.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years’ experience in QC/QA roles.
• Exposure to Cleaning Validation, Computer System Validation and PQR processes.
• Knowledge of Annual Product Quality Review and related guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support QC Manager in Cleaning Validation, CSV and PQR activities.
• Prepare annual PQR plan and collect/analyze data for reports.
• Publish PQR findings to stakeholders and assist CAPA decisions.
• Prepare CVMP protocols, cleaning validation master plans, and validation reports.
• Review and update SOPs related to PQR, cleaning validation and CSV.
