Qualifications

• Ability to complete assigned tasks on time and with the expected accuracy and completeness.
• Good technical skills are required to execute quality checks.
• Familiarity with quality standards in online/e-commerce and Tech/Durable sectors.

Responsibilities

• Daily quality checks based on an automated iQC sample.
• Assist in developing and implementing Global Process Quality MI Data Operations processes.
• Ensure a high-quality standard of QC processes and global quality standards.
• Execute low to medium-complexity tasks under supervision.
• Set QC ratings as quality proof for further analysis.
• Respond to internal or external customer complaints when needed.
