Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Data Operations Analyst to join the MI OAC team. You will execute production tasks with expert-level proficiency, including data coding, data matching, and comprehensive quality checks, aligned with business goals.

You will communicate with stakeholders, investigate data issues, and propose improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency. You will participate in end-to-end data validation, handle RCA for errors, and support cross-functional initiatives while mentoring junior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/ master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in data operations or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Data Coding: apply complex coding logic across multiple product categories.
• Data Matching: ensure high accuracy matching across data sources.
• Quality Checks: end-to-end validation of features and pricing.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for data errors or delivery issues and drive resolution.
• Communicate with stakeholders to implement data changes and resolve queries.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data outputs in line with SLAs.
• Document processes, findings and resolutions.
• Mentor junior team members when needed.
