Job description

• Conduct regular inspections of received products at packing section according to the drawing file to verify compliance with IWM quality standards
• Monitor packing processes & protocols as per packing drawing/list and to ensure adherence to established procedures and specifications
• Issuance of NCR (Non-Compliance report) against deviations/non-Compliances and ensure closure of NCRs with corrective & preventive actions against root cause
• Work closely with the packing team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Approve finished products by confirming compliances against specifications and reject items or parts having non-conformity or component shortage and send non conformed products for re-work; to get the required quality
• Feedback and preventive action against customer complaints and QA observations to avoid any issue/Complaint again in future
• Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action and preventives measures
• Accurately document the results of the inspections and will maintain all controlled\daily document files along with the snaps and inspection records in a timely and accurate manner
