Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking a QA Automation Engineer responsible for ensuring software quality through automated and manual testing. You will design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile apps, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure stable releases.

The role requires 3+ years in QA automation, proficiency with Selenium/Cypress/Playwright, and experience with CI/CD, API testing, and SDLC methodologies. Location: Lahore/Islamabad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in QA automation.
• Proficient with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG and JUnit.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript or C#.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Execute automated and manual test cases to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team to identify and resolve issues.
• Participate in requirement analysis and provide input on testability.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Execute automated and manual test cases to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team to identify and resolve issues.
• Participate in requirement analysis and provide input on testability.

• Identify, log, and track bugs using defect management tools.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit).
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Experience in API testing (Postman, RestAssured).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
