Job summary

W3 Solutionz, a Lahore-based professional training and coaching organization, is seeking a QHSE Lead Auditor & Management Systems Consultant. The role focuses on conducting rigorous audits, guiding system improvements, and delivering credible ISO-related consulting services from Lahore.

You will plan, lead, and report audits, evaluate management systems, prepare findings and recommendations, and consult with clients to drive improvements across quality, environmental, and health & safety

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 preferred.
• Proven ability to plan and lead management system audits.
• Experience in evidence gathering, risk assessment and corrective actions.
• Ability to interpret standards and communicate findings clearly.
• Ability to translate audit findings into business improvements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and report QHSE and management system audits against applicable ISO standards and client requirements.
• Evaluate management systems, processes, controls, records, and performance indicators to identify conformity, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare clear audit findings, nonconformity reports, conclusions, and practical corrective-action recommendations.
• Consult with clients on implementing, maintaining, and improving quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, and integrated management systems.
• Review documented information and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct opening and closing meetings and communicate findings.

We are seeking a QHSE Lead Auditor & Management Systems Consultant to conduct rigorous audits, guide organizations through system improvement, and support the delivery of credible ISO-related consulting and assessment services.

• Plan, lead, and report QHSE and management system audits against applicable ISO standards and client requirements.

Job Specification:

• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant QHSE standards, with familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 preferred.
• Demonstrated capability in planning and leading management system audits from preparation through reporting and follow-up.
• Proficiency in audit evidence gathering, process-based auditing, risk assessment, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action verification.
• Ability to interpret standards, procedures, legislation, and documented information accurately.
• Clear technical report writing, professional presentation, interviewing, and client communication skills.
• Practical consulting ability to translate audit findings into workable business improvements.
• High integrity, impartiality, attention to detail, time management, and confidence working independently with diverse organizations.
