Abbott is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to assist the Manager Chemical in the Raw Material section of the Quality Control Lab in Hyderabad, Pakistan. You will support daily QC activities, ensure adherence to GMP, cGMP and cGLP, and maintain documentation for testing and vendor trials.

You will collaborate with the MIS and EHS teams, help with KPI tracking, participate in training programs, and assist in preparing for audits and inspections to ensure quality compliance across the raw material

Formación

• M.Sc. Chemistry / Pharm-D / B Pharm with 1-2 years’ experience in QC/QA.
• Knowledge of GMP, cGMP and cGLP practices and laboratory documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Manager Chemical in all activities in Raw Material QC lab.
• Ensure activities do not compromise GMP, cGMP or cGLP standards.
• Support KPI achievement and annual goals review.
• Support EHS, quality compliance and audit readiness activities.
• Coordinate with MIS to address instrument/system issues.
• Assist with equipment qualification and vendor trial testing.
• Provide routine water testing and maintain complete documentation.
• Assist with SOP writing and daily labelling in the Raw Material section.
• Support training programs and QC lab inspections readiness.

Job Description

To Assist Manager Chemical in Raw Material section of Quality Control Lab for all activities taking place in Raw Material section.

Major Responsibilities

• Quality Control Analyst must ensure to his Manager that the activities in his Raw Material section of responsibilities do not result in: Compromise on quality GMP, cGMP and cGLP.
• Delay in achieving Goals for the year.
• Quality Control Analyst must support in Goals setting, review and completion before the end of every year.
• Provide Support for EHS activities, Quality Compliance, and support for Audit Inspection Readiness.
• Delay in KPIs to miss supply Plan.
• Liaise with the MIS department to address issues related to instruments system and individual PC systems.
• Support the Qualification activities related to equipment and system compliance.
• To provide support to QC and Raw material section for daily labelling of Distilled Water on water bottles, Carboy, and Eye Wash bottles in QC Lab.
• To assist Manager Chemical for all the activities taking place in respective raw material section including SOP writing, Equipment’s Handling and other tasks assigned by Manager Chemical.
• To provide timely assistance to Manager Chemical in testing for Vendor Trial samples, and project related testing.
• To perform routine water testing and Validation water samples along with complete documentation in Raw material section.
• To ensure on time completion of Monthly trainings / ISO train or on need basis trainings in Raw material section throughout the year.
• To support QCM, Manager Chemical & EHS Coordinator for EHS Inspection Readiness in QC Lab.

Education/Knowledge & Experience

• M.Sc. Chemistry / Pharm-D / B Pharm 1-2 years’ experience in the same capacity Knowledge of technical problem resolution, and all other activities taking place in QC/QA.
