Job summary

Digilatics, Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a QA Specialist to own quality assurance across website testing and AI/Automation systems. You will identify defects, enforce quality standards, and collaborate with design, development, AI/Automation, SEO, and project teams to improve delivery quality across both streams.

The role demands 4+ years of QA experience in digital environments, strong QA methodologies, and hands-on testing of automation platforms.

Qualifications

4+ years of QA experience in website testing and digital environments.
Strong understanding of website QA methodologies, UI/UX testing, and cross-browser testing.
Proven ability to audit, document, and improve quality processes across web and automation deliverables.
Hands-on experience testing automation platforms like Zapier, Make, n8n, Pipedream.
Ability to test API integrations and data synchronization across systems.
2+ years of hands-on experience with US-based clients.

Responsibilities

Validate design consistency against approved UI mockups and design systems.
Ensure proper spacing, typography, alignment, colors, and component behavior.
Review user journeys and interactions across pages. Identify visual inconsistencies and UX issues affecting user experience.
Test forms, buttons, menus, modals, navigation, and user flows.
Verify responsiveness across all devices.
Ensure usability and conversion-readiness across landing pages as per checklist.
Perform complete website testing before and after deployment.
Validate forms and submissions, CTAs and navigation flows, login and registration processes, search functionality, popups and interactive elements, dynamic components and user interactions.
Verify error handling and edge-case scenarios.
Test website behavior under different user conditions.
Keep logs and coordinate with development teams to resolve functional defects.
Ensure compatibility across browsers; identify browser-specific rendering and functionality issues.
Validate consistency across various screen sizes and resolutions.
Validate Core Web Vitals. Identify broken links, redirect issues, missing assets, image optimization problems, and slow-loading pages.
Verify schema markup implementation.
Validate tracking scripts and dashboard integrations are working properly.
Perform basic debugging using browser developer tools.
Coordinate with developers to resolve technical defects.
Ensure websites follow accessibility standards and usability best practices as per checklist.
Test keyboard navigation, color contrast, form labels, alt tags, and accessibility structure.
Identify user experience barriers and usability issues.
Maintain quality standards aligned with outlined expectations.
Perform regression testing after updates and deployments.
Verify that new changes do not affect existing functionality.
Conduct smoke testing before release.
Maintain bug reports and testing documentation.
Ensure all issues are validated before sign-off.
Test AI-powered workflows and automation systems before deployment, including AI agents for reporting, lead management, SOP execution, and customer support assistance.
Validate automations built in Zapier, Make, n8n, Pipedream, or similar platforms for accuracy, reliability, and failure handling.
Test API integrations, webhooks, JSON payloads, and OAuth connections for correct data flow.
Verify data synchronization accuracy between CRM systems, ClickUp, Google Workspace, HubSpot, and other connected tools.
Identify workflow failures, determine root causes, coordinate fixes with the AI & Automation team, and ensure fixes are implemented.
Test ClickUp workspaces, templates, custom fields, dashboards, and automations for accuracy before rollout.
Validate onboarding, reporting, and task-routing workflows function as per pre-defined flow.
Flag structural or logic errors in ClickUp automations proactively before they affect operations.
Re-test automations and AI workflows after updates to confirm no broken logic or data integrity issues.
Monitor live automation performance and investigate anomalies or failures.
Maintain defect logs, test cases, and QA documentation specific to automation/AI systems.
Ensure automation reliability and data accuracy before and after every deployment.
Define and enforce QA frameworks, SOPs, and testing standards across web and AI automation deliverables.
Develop standardized QA checklists for both streams.
Maintain defect logs and testing documentation.
Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Ensure all deliverables meet client and US market quality standards.
Translate website and automation AI quality requirements into measurable QA benchmarks.
Align QA processes with business goals and project requirements.
Proactively identify risks in website usability, UI consistency, performance, functionality, accessibility, and automation/AI reliability.
Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across both functions.
Handle any special QA request raised by management or department leaders.
Act as the final quality gate before website and automation deliverables go live.
Provide clear and actionable feedback to developers and the AI & Automation team.
Enforce quality standards and reject subpar outputs.
Ensure all bugs and workflow failures are properly documented and resolved.
Take full ownership of quality outcomes across both web and AI/automation delivery.
